The Gay Outdoor Club

This group is for gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans men and women. The gay outdoor club operates throughout the UK and provides a range of sporting and recreational activities. The club holds over 500 events a year and has 1500 members.

Events include walking, cycling, canoeing, caving, climbing, skiing, swimming, badminton and more. Most events are for one day but there are  weekend and longer events such as an arctic adventure and water rafting.

Some events cater for experienced or novice participants interested in caving, rock climbing, cycling, swimming and skiing.

Outdoor Lads

Outdoor Lads is a group for gay, bisexual and trans men. The group organises events through out the UK and even has some adventures abroad.

Activities include hiking, climbing, camping, biking, canoeing, scrambling, running, sailing and purely social events. The events vary from one day, weekends and longer. Some events cater to those with varying levels of experience.

The Sailing & Cruising association

This sailing and powerboat club has been active since 1980 and is for LGBTQ people, their families and friends. The club caters for all kinds of sailing activities from dinghy sailing to power boating. The club currently has 450 members. You don’t need to be an experienced sailor or own a boat to join.

There’s a number of events and opportunities to sail in the UK or abroad. Events can be organised to allow new members to be matched with more experienced sailors.

The Gay Caravan and Motorhome Club

The Gay Caravan and Motorhome club has been running since 1990. The group aims to bring together people in the LGBT+ community that are interested in camping. Gay Bikers Motorcycle Club

The Gay Bikers Motorcycle club was established in 1977 as a club for gay men and women across the UK. The group is open to anyone that owns a motorcycle and is at ease with gay men and women.

The Gay Bikers Motorcycle club allows for varying biking interests however the emphasis is on road biking. Experience ranges from novice to advanced and club racing.
